Sharepoint Senior Software Engineer required in Cork for an opportunity to play an integral part in the creation of next generation enterprise products leveraging the SharePoint platform.
This role involves:
Software Development.
Evaluation of emerging technologies and how they may be applied to Life Sciences.
Problem investigation and resolution.
In this role the candidate will liaise with project and product managers, pre-sales, test and support.
Role Requirements:
At least 8 years IT experience in analysis, design, development and support of large scale/enterprise systems.
Minimum of 4 years SharePoint development experience incl. SharePoint 2010 and/or SharePoint 2013.
Experience with a number of the following:
ASP.NET MVC, CSS, JQuery and AJAX.
SharePoint Server / Client Object Model.
SharePoint 2013 / Office 2013 App Model, Office 365.
Sharepoint Event Receivers.
Custom Web Parts Development.
Custom SharePoint features, solutions, packages, list and site templates, site provisioning and upgrade.
Workflow Foundation and SharePoint workflow integration.
Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Strong experience of software development basics including OOD, XML, Web Services, REST, SOA.
In-depth .NET C# and .NET Framework experience.
Third level IT or related qualification.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
