*** Data Analyst required (ETL / Migration / SQL ) x 4 - 6 months ***
Data Migration analyst is required for an initial 6 month contract in Taunton, Somerset to join a fantastic growing client of ours. Data Migration, SQL Server, moving data and documentation will all be key to this role. It is very likely that the contract will run for 12 to 18 months in total, so this is a great opportunity to really get your teeth stuck into an exciting and interesting project.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Rate: Circa £300 to £350 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Taunton, Somerset

Essential Skills:
- Data Migration
- SQL Server
- T-SQL
- Relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Reporting tools
- Excellent analysis and design skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and transformation
- Development and maintenance of SQL databases.

Role description:
- Assist in the identification and documentation of data objects for migration.
- Development of data Extract and Transformation scripts.
- Manage the Testing and Reconciliation of migrated data.
- Assist in the identification, cleansing, migration and ongoing management of Master Data.
- Prepare data for ongoing Business Intelligence reporting.
