Description
Are you an experienced Business or Change Analyst with a solid understanding of the processes that our required in a Banking Telephony channel?
If so, then we would like to speak to as our client has several contract positions across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Liverpool.
The successful candidates will have extensive process analysis and process mapping exposure, as well as, excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of Telephony Channel processes with a Retail Bank.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for process mapping, improvement and reengineering.
- Experience in various aspects of analysis, including requirements engineering and definition and business process modelling.
- A demonstrable track record of working under pressure, including the delivery of projects and programmes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong time management skills enabling you to work on multiple concurrent projects.
