e-Synergy Solutions are currently hiring for a Cloud Support & Professional Services Engineer for a 3 month extendable contract based in Edegem, Belgium
Role - Cloud Support & Professional Services Engineer
Location - Edegem, Belgium
Duration - 3 months extendable
Rate - €350-375 per day all inclusive
Start Date - ASAP
Languages -English
Provide 3rd level support to our customers, partners, as well as expand and maintain the DevOps
Tool chain in order to safeguard the SLA's of the Cloud based service. You will have both exposure inside and outside of the company and will be responsible for triaging issues and/or directly addressing incoming questions. In addition you will improve the service monitoring and
self-management tools
Cloud Support & Professional Services Engineer
Experience and Requirements
*Responding to customer facing tickets after escalation from a NOC, or respond via phone directly, for customers having issues or requesting service on these solutions.
*Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of customers using cloud services
*Work within a global support team framework, covering 24x7x365 cloud operations.
*Defining implementing and fine-tuning of the support tooling in order to execute the different support roles.
*Able to assign and collaborate with other Cloud Support Engineers for the best customer experience based on skillset - e.g. ensure the right expertise is on an issue (AWS, OpenStack, HDFS, Cassandra, etc).
*Provide expertise and front-line support of our Cloud Customer Portal and related services.
*Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: AWS, OpenStack, GCE, Azure.
*Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation.
*Troubleshoot and resolve customer deployment issues using email, phone, and web conference technology.
*Knowledge and affinity with Devops and Agile Operations and development Methodologies
*Some networking experience -routers, switches, firewalls
