IT Operations Analyst - Roll out PCs, software, configure IP phones, update databases - Dublin
My client has an urgent requirement for a IT Operations Analyst to work in a busy Retail environment, you will need experience in the following areas:
*Roll out PCs, software, configure IP phones, update databases.
*Manage and monitor all IT equipment stock levels. Align to enterprise standards for asset management.
*Participates in short-term project planning efforts with team members across locations.
*Creates and implements Requests for Change.
*Works with systems engineers to understand technical requirements.
*May participate in and contribute to technical designs.
*Conducts testing to ensure requirements are met, validate results & provide feedback.
*Diagnose accessibility, availability or operability problems & implement solutions.
*Manage internal stakeholders at all levels in the organisation and ensure their IT requirements are met.
*Monitor production, outputs and services to ensure SLAs and other quality metrics are being met.
The main experience required is of building PCs from scratch and knowledge of iPhone and Windows mobiles and also experience of supporting Windows 7, MS Office 2010 and LYNC. If you are interested in this position please send me your CV ASAP.
