Description
One of the world's largest Asset Management companies are looking to recruit a Client Services Representative for an initial 6 months contract with the possibility of extension. The Client Service Representative will act as a point of contact for new and existing clients under the direct guidance of the Relationship Manager/Sales rep. You will also assist the Relationship Managers in the day to day running of client accounts, thus ensuring that the client receives a professional service consistent with the Bank's values.
Brief Outline of Duties
Client Reporting
Programme monitoring to ensure compliance with clients guidelines
Billing
Day to Day Client queries and ad-hoc requests
Client on boarding
CASS regulatory support
Key Skills and experience needed for the role are:
- Securities lending experience preferred. Ideally candidate will have worked within a Securities Lending operations or Middle Office.
- Client service experience is not essential but a good acumen around client focus is very important.
- Candidate should have good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
