Web Analytics Manager - Insight Manager - Omniture - Abode - ComScore - Social Analytics

Our global media company is looking for a Web Analytics Manager to join their Audience Insight team to deliver actionable insights across the World Service, helping journalists, product managers and business development teams better understand their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, training, administration and reporting of a Global, multi-language web analytics system - across mobile, social, apps, desktop and VOD
  • Combine data from many sources into a convincing totality of market trends and conditions
  • Undertake analysis and critically evaluate research findings that challenge perceptions and thinking on audience attitudes and behaviour

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in a Web Analytics Manager role, with experience of the international media market
  • Experience in implementation and reporting for web analytics packages (ideally Abode or Omniture) and digital competitor monitoring tools such as ComScore
  • Familiarity with social analytics and social listening packages - ideally Sysomos and Social Bakers
  • Ability to convert raw data into practical insights and advise on business strategies
