Progressive Global Energy are looking for a Sales Manager local to Stavanger, for an exclusive client.The role will include many of the dutires needed for Business Development, and a strong network within the Norwegian Oil and Gas sector is essential.
The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, and a good knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
This position has good opportunties for career advancement and progression, and will look for a candidate who wants to be influential within the company. There will be ad hoc duties, so the right candidate should be not only prepared but willing to work outside of his core responsibilites.
The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:
- Speak fluent Norwegian
- Strong business network in the Norwegian Oil and Gas Sector, preferably within service companies
- Strong BD skills
- Strong strategy and planning skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Be passionate about developing their market
- Ambition to take a more proactive role within the company
