Software Engineer - Oracle PL/SQL - Sybase - On behalf of our client we are looking for a software engineer to support the team optimize and enrich with additional data sources a dedicated revenue load (ETL process). This is a great opportunity to join a global bank and contribute on an important project.Skills :
· Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or technical institute in the area of computer science or information systems
· Software engineering experience, preferably in the finance industry (minimum 3 years)
· Database application development using Sybase ASE version 15
· A firm understanding of data warehouse modelling concepts, including the development of custom ETL logic
· Solid knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL application development
Nice to have :
· Experience with source code control systems (e.g. Subversion or ClearCase) and controlled build environments
· Experience with application configuration under UNIX/Linux
· Korn or Bash script development
· Familiarity with any of the following tools or technologies: Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, AutoSys, Perl script development.
