Communications Manager - (wealth management, investment management) - £350-£450 p/d - 6months
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced communications manager to work for a major global financial services provider.
The role holder will be accountable for:
- Aiding development of a clear communications strategy for the remediation programme
- Drafting internal and external written
- Liaising with key stakeholders in each region (UK, Europe and Asia)
- Briefing stakeholders on key remediation issues
- Ensuring that a clear record is held of all project communications
- Ensuring the communication is consistent and well managed across all remediation projects
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for preparing the programme communications plan both internally and externally
- Identify client touch points and manage all customer communications that are associated with these
- Draft letter templates and review pro-forma
- Where appropriate, approve non-standard client communications
- Manage bulk client communication exercise, as appropriate
Qualifications & experience:
- Experience of communicating complex issues into clear communications to audiences with varied levels of experience
- Experience of preparing presentations, both verbal and written in addition to formal client letters
- Strong Experience in Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the end-to-end credit process, experience in remediation programme is advantageous
The successful candidate will have had experience in a similar role, where they delivered quality results with a focus on best practice. They will be confident presenting findings both in writing and orally to key stakeholders and be capable of working with little or no direct supervision when necessary.
