SAP Abap HR Developer:
Job Description:
- Should have minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in ABAP HR with basic functional knowledge of SAP HR modules: Time management (TM), Personal Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM)
- Should have hands-on skills in Webdynpro, Reports, Forms, Interfaces, BADI's, User-exits, Advance ABAP- OOPs, BAPI's, RFC's, BSP developments, etc.
- Exposure to E-recruiting, LSO, LMS interfaces, Portal, etc would be an added advantage
- Should have worked on Incident Management, Change Request Management, requirement gathering, Design, development, system study, documentation, Unit Testing, Review process, mentoring capabilities, etc.
- Well versed with testing methodologies
- Should have very good inter-personal skills
- Should have customer handling skills, management skills and should be a good team player.
- The candidate should have excellent knowledge on documentation.
