Oracle R12 Helpdesk Support Analyst 1st/2nd Line/London/3 months/The Oracle Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for providing reactive 1st line support for Oracle R12 applications suite by telephone and email. Provided support for booking, scheduling appointments for the business in Oracle Call allocation and information gathering to support the 3rd line teams Producing Service Delivery reports to support the SLA reporting for clients
Key Responsibilities
- Super user support or training on Oracle ESS, MSS and iProcurement
- Oracle R12 ESS, MSS and iProcurement would be ideal
- Customer Service and Call Handling experience
