- In depth knowledge of top down FPGA development process
- Experience with large FPGA designs, including at least one of Xilinx or Altera
- Solid understanding of the tool flow from rtl to bitstream
- Proven design validation skills
- Proven micro architecture development and excellent documentation skills
- Good math and analytical skills
- Substantial experience writing Verilog code.
- Hands on lab bring-up experience, debug, chipscope and instrument usage
- Excellent oral and written English skills
DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have substantial micro architecture experience and has been very hands-on in prototyping efforts (FPGAs, PCBs) and low level SW and scripting for bringup and debug. Additional high level architecture experience is desirable. Close work with cross functional organizations is important for this role, so good English conversational and written skills are a must.
