Description
Microsoft SQL SSAS MDX reports developer required for tier one commercial bank to produce client reporing function. You will be responsible for producing client returns using Excel, VBA and MDX to query a SQL data cube.To secure this SQL SSAS / MDX role you must be immediately available for a six month contract based in central London. My client is willing to pay up to £500 per day for the ideal candidate who can demonstrate using SQL SSAS / MDX to produce accurate and presentable reports to internal commercial banking clients.
Technical skills of reports developer:
-Building queries on SQL SSAS data cubes (ideally SQL 2008)
-Building queries using MDX and VBA
-Presenting reports in Excel
-Ability to produce Excel reports in a highly presentable format
Business knowledge of reports developer:
-Client returns
-Ability to communicate with stakeholders in order to produce highly technical requirements
-Commercial banking
