Time Personnel Recruitment are working with a Global Manufacturing organisation who are based in Cambridge
They are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Role:
Due to the expansion and growth of this organisation they are looking to expand and develop the Legal/Contract team.
About you:
-Possesses excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Be confident, clear and concise in explaining risk assessments and remedies to a lay audience
-Capable of delivering projects to requirements even with stringent deadlines
-A sound understanding of Boiler Plate clauses
-A sound understanding of Contract Law
Qualifications / Experience
-LLB, GDL or ILEX Graduate with commercial address electives or a combined/sandwich degree with a business discipline + commercial law
-A law degree in an EU or common Law jurisdiction can also be considered
-0-1 year corporate experience working either in house or within a law firm in corporate / transactional departments as a legal assistant / junior paralegal
-or a qualified legal secretary with a least 3 years' experience in a corporate department of a law firm
