Role
The Senior Consultant performs day to day execution of project deliverables for engagements using a combination of business and technical systems knowledge and will oversee junior staff in this process.
*As for Consultant role above but to perform work that requires a more senior resource, ie work on complex functional areas (inter-company, statutory requirements, etc) or areas requiring specialist skills
*Helps to lead requirements gathering, participation in high level scope definition, development of use cases, functional verification and user acceptance testing
Skillset:
*SAP CRM (Service, Interaction Centre, Telesales)
*4 years' experience in SAP eg configuration, testing, deployment etc.
*3 years Functional Design preparation must
*2 years in process definition sessions or FIT/GAP sessions must
