Project Manager - Social Care, Health, Better Care Fund, BCF
My client requires a Project Manager to lead the implementation of projects that will deliver the transformation agenda for Health and Social Care. You will manage the development and delivery of a portfolio of key projects to meet the transformation agenda.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Specialist knowledge of the national and local drivers for change in Health and Adult social care
- Extensive of programme/project management techniques
- Significant experience of working in a health/social care setting
- Experience of leading on successful project implementation
- Strong knowledge of Better Care Fund (BCF)
