SUMMARYThe Customer Service Coordinator EIMEA will be responsible for managing and coordinating EIMEA Customers questions and requests, from start to closure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking phone calls in multi-language
- Managing emails from EIMEA Customers
- Opening Service Orders (tickets) to track the issue/question/complaint from EIMEA Customers
- Dispatching or escalating the issue/question/complaint to the appropriate person/group/department and follow up until final closure/resolution
- Ordering Spare Parts for EIMEA Distributors and tracking the parts logistic, until arrival on site.
- Completing Service Orders (tickets) in the ERP system (FSA/AX)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English and German; any additional language is a plus
- Experience within an international environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service oriented person, can work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Organized and team work person. Takes initiative in order to set processes and improve Customer Service
- Good computer skills including the use of standard office softwares, email applications and ERP
- Experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is a plus
- Logistics Functions, Third Party Logistics or Shipping Process experience is a plus
- Public Holidays and on-call coverage might be required at times
