Key responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing automated decisioning strategies across the credit lifecycle for existing cards customers.
  • SAS driven analysis to support front end credit limit and risk strategies
  • Working with Loss Forecasting to monitor and analyse product, strategy, score and marketing segment level credit loss and profitability.
  • Ensure that Account Management Strategies are in line with expectations.
  • Driving strategy build analysis for risk / reward performances.
  • Ensure strategy and governance remains up to date with policy rules
  • Liaising with Operations to ensure procedures are aligned to Account Management Strategies.
  • Overseeing the process to manually underwrite referrals and appeals for credit line increases.


Required skills:
  • Previous experience within credit risk, or risk within finance.
  • Strong analytical skills including SAS programming skills.
  • Experience in implementing strategies.
  • Ability to manage fraud prevention strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at senior level.
  • Strong communication skills.
