Description
Requirements:
1. Rich (at least 8+ years) experience in IT/Telecoms field
2. Deep knowledge in ITIL/ITSM processes, with certifications
3. Experienced in IT service management/process improvement/quality management positions
4. Other management/processes certifications (eTom, ISO, etc) a plus
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Flexibility on frequent international business travels.
