Description
We are looking for a Semiconductor Project Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for the organisation and execution of one or more assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage setup and execution of one or more projects to a successful conclusion within the assigned budget deadline with the required quality
- Plan your projects in consultation with the Program and Product Managers, align requirements of stakeholders, prioritise tasks and allocate available project resources to the required tasks.
- Deploy the project results to your end users
- Report on regular basis to your management team as well as internal stakeholders
- Continuously strive to improve the performance of yourself and your team
- Contribute to department activities: project acquisition, roadmap planning, quality improvement, etc.
Required experience:
- You have a masters degree in Electronic Engineering in the semiconductor domain; or you have an equivalent degree and additionally can demonstrate proficiency in electrical engineering on the basis of continued work experience
- You have experience with EDA tooling, preferably with Cadence tooling. Affinity with and knowledge of (Mixed-Signal) Design flow is a big plus. You are aware of the interdependencies between different tools in the design environment; and between tools and libraries.
- You have at least 3 years experience in managing complex technical projects with leadership to technical experts plus adequate people management skills.
- You have good communication skills and experience in presenting yourself and your (technical) work, both orally and in writing.
- You have excellent command of the English language.
