Purpose of the Position:
- Support recruiting efforts of the team; must have strong recruitment background in both a union and non-union environment
- Source and place a variety of health care professionals
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Providing managers with a highly effective service level with their hiring needs
- Focus on utilizing recruitment strategies to find the best match and most qualified candidates
- Will be working with reporting process
- Will be play a critical role in delivery, education, and compliance for organization
Required Experience (Must Have; list on resume):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment screening and selection of management/exempt, technical/professional, business, or finance professionals
- Proven success working on a team and utilizing strong hiring practices
- Must have strong recruitment background in both a union and non-union environment
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Very strong customer service skills
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have; list on resume):
- Health care experience
- Collective bargaining experience
- Experience recruiting at national events and conferences
- Experience recruiting outside of logistical area
- Experience with quality improvement methodology
- PHR/SPHR
- Experienced training professionals on recruitment selection techniques and methodologies
Health Screen required as part of on-boarding process
