Endevor Administrator - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH ONLY
Skills and experience:
- 2 or 3 years working experience with Endevor (as an administrator or advanced user)
- Practical experience with configuration management discipline
- 5 years working experience on Mainframe platform
- You are quality oriented with the ability to pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly both in verbal and written form
- You are process oriented
- You are client focused yet maintaining a critical and challenging mind-set
- You have the ability to punctually work under pressure
Preferably:
- Knowledge or certification in ITIL is an asset
- Working experience with Distributed (Windows and Unix) platform is an asset
- Any experience with ChangeMan is an asset
Description of work:
- You will be part of Component Management team who has a transversal role acting as a service desk for the designers, developers, testers, PLs ...
- The team mainly performs configuration management activities for projects and maintenances, but it also provides support on centralised functions such as access management on shared drives, management of documents libraries, functional database administrator,
- It has a gatekeeper role for Production reviewing all changes going live (Production and Pre-Production) and ensuring they are compliant with configuration management good practices.
- The Component Management team is spread over 3 locations (Brussels, Paris, and London) with on average 8 team members.
- You will manage configuration for Mainframe development in Brussels administrating Endevor (100% of his time).
- This role is mainly based in Brussels. The candidate must be able to travel to Paris a couple of days a week.
