Real Staffing is looking for a Senior Director of Quality Operations to join a Global Pharmaceutical Company in Colorado.Company: Pharmaceutical Company that has multiple products approved across multiple therapeutic areas. They have two manufacturing and one R&D site in Colorado.
Role: As a Senior Director of Quality Operations you will be responsible for the oversight of all Quality Assurance for various product lines. You will ensure that all products, facilities, and equipment are up to US & EU validation standards and cGMP compliance. You will focus on the finishing side of Aseptic operations for cream, gel, powder, and solutions based products. You will oversee all auditing of internal bodies and external bodies, including international EMEA & ANVISA, as well as oversight of the QC and Microbiology labs to maintain quality standards. Along with the technical aspects of this role, you will be responsible for making executive level decisions to keep all processes in compliance. This will require cross-functional communication, organization, and motivational leadership.

Requirements:
-Minimum BS in Science related field to make technical decisions on analytical lab processes
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry setting
-Expert Knowledge in Aseptic Operations
-Audits both internal and external including international (EMEA, ANVISA)
-Experience in generics, lyophilization, syringe / vial / liquid/powders and dermatology product experience, focus on finishing side of aseptic process
-Senior level management experience, the ability to make high level decisions for the Quality Operations division
-Analytical, strategic, and critical thinker with the ability to understand root cause analysis
