*Pharmaceuticald and healthcare background is a plus!As an Art Director, you will be a leader in the Creative department. Your job will be to concept and design innovative and world-class interactive creative solutions for our Clients. You will work closely with the Creative Director and ECD.
An Art Director:
- Is passionate and original
- Combines conceptual creative thinking with exceptional design skills
- Possesses a deep understanding of how (and when) interactive technologies can be used to deliver rich and rewarding user experiences
- Partners with other team leads in other departments like User Experience, Content, Technology and Project Management to identify innovative interactive solutions
- Is experienced in developing a range of interactive marketing tactics, including: website development, rich and standard ad units, emails, tools, video, mobile, etc.
- Is able to lead and inspire a creative team, consistently improving the creative quality
- Is responsible for on-strategy and on-time execution of multiple projects
- Is comfortable and experienced presenting work internally and externally to clients
- Understands the production process
Qualifications include (but are not limited to):
- Minimum 2-3 years of art direction experience
- Formal design training
- Expert use of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Mastery of current interactive design best practices
- In-depth understanding of the application of technology
