Senior VAT Tax Manager, Key Banking Client, London, £350-£450 per dayI wanted to make you aware of an urgent requirement from our key banking client in London, who are looking for a Senior VAT Tax Manager who will be a qualified technical accountant with excellent knowledge of UK law and workings of HMRC on a 3 month rolling contract paying £ per day.

You will meet the following Senior VAT Tax Manager requirements:
Qualified accountant with experience of financial reporting, with CIMA, ACA, ACCA, FCCA and ACMA
Excellent financial reporting experience
Strong systems experience (SAP/Essbase/Hyperion) highly analytical and numerate, having a high attention to detail and show ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent understanding of UK law and well practiced with respect of VAT.
Strong background knowledge of EU law and its effects on operations within EC member states.
Good stakeholder management, able to present and negotiate position with HTM, HMRC trade bodies and external advisors.
