Description
I am looking for a IT Banking Support Administrator to join a top bank based in Poole. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.Responsibilities-
Carry out the execution and resolution of all user queries, user set ups and system changes and maintenance, to meet agreed service levels.
Develop strong interaction with the business, Operational Risk and IT teams to provide continued system support and partnership.
Investigate complex incidents, referring incidents to a technical team and working with that team as appropriate to ensure that such queries are fully answered and that root causes are established to maintain an effective incident management process.
Carry out and ensure that all business support processes, including hierarchy maintenance, business entity approval limits change & op risk data uploads are completed to timescales agreed with the business.

Contract role based in Poole
6 month initial contract
£10-12 per hour
