Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Communications Manager for an initial 3-6 month contract based in Bristol (the role may also be based in London with time spent in both locations).
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Track record in Marketing and Communications.- Extensive and strong knowledge of Customer Mailing.
- Ability to manage Mailing houses or Print Agencies.
- Strong understanding of customer communications in a regulated environment.
- Strong Literature knowledge and sign off process.
- Highly beneficial to have a Financial Services background. Ideally Investments or investment banking.
- Knowledge of Risk.
