Dev Ops Engineer/Linux Support Administrator/Technical Services Engineer/Web Server Support/Linux/Red Hat/MySQL/DNS/Apache/Java/Tomcat/HTML
As a Dev Ops Engineer you will be required to take ownership of last line support issues, integration help/support and service provisioning. The Linux Systems Administrator/Technical Services Engineer will have strong rapport-building, listening and communication skills and be confident in managing customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
*Maintain and provision Servers in conjunction with their hosting partners
*Investigating and resolving last line support issues
*Working with Development to ensure identified defects are resolved
Skills:
*Proficient in Linux systems administration, preferably Red Hat
*Experience with MySQL
*DNS knowledge preferred
*Ideally knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript languages
