Cloud Infrastructure & Tools Architect/Kista, Sweden
Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic contract opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure & Tools Architect to work with our leading Telecoms client in Kista, Sweden.
Role:
- The client is planning to build a company level cloud environment and tool chains for supporting development, testing on Cloud and Big Data products.
- Define R&D tool chains and environment architecture for the Cloud and Big Data products based on the products from radio network, fixed network including Routers, enterprise infrastructure, consumer devices such as smart phone, tablets and so on.
- Lead a team to analyze and break down the R&D tool and environment architecture in details and give instruction to the junior engineer to implement that.
- Identify the technology evolvement trend and potential business value and lead a team to explore and develop those emerging technologies.
- Guide & influence the R&D teams to lift up development (including R&D, test, environment and method) Competence in order to build up the E2E R&D Efficiency/Capability
Skills Required:
- At least 15 years of R&D + Test experience, in depth knowledge of Internet or network product and solution design and testing.
- More than 5 years' experience in building environment of Cloud. Experts are preferred with Cloud and Big Data at least 5 years of R&D experience from tier 1 software companies such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
- Have R&D experience from the tier 1 telecom Operators, Providers or IT Companies.
- Good communication and documentation skills, good team working and problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to be mentor in training people
- Educated in Telecommunication, CS & Automation Control or related fields
- Candidate must be willing to travel to other international sites.
Location: Kista, Sweden.
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: Negotiable Dependent on experience.
