Connect44 is looking for Senior Radio Network Planning Consultant eligible to work in Sweden
The candidate is expected to accept the job challenge, with rich experiences in providing Radio Network Design, Performance Optimization, RF Technical Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture Design, and Technique Trend Analysis, and etc., strong willing to share and output the required deliverables.
Detail work content listed below:
Provide Radio network planning and optimization consulting service and responsible for operator network service solution architecture design, include RF hot service solution, such as HetNet, Service experienced oriented network architecture design.
Communicate the high-level customers of operators in the important service bidding projects, and support technical presentation or workshop; Customize the Radio network planning and optimization service solutions based on operator's request and be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.
Global important RF consulting project delivery, improve customer satisfaction.
Identify and analyze the key RF service requirement from the valued operator, and responsible for the RF service development and optimization.
Thru analysis of RF planning and design technical development trend, provide the suggestion for future RF solution architecture design.
Working experience and professional capability requirement:
Familiar with RF new technology, such as HetNet, Small Cell, Service experienced oriented network planning. Required.
At least 12 years RF network engineering planning, or optimization experiences (include RF service solution architecture development experiences), and at least 5 years RF team management experiences. Required.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate with CXO, successful RF service solution presentation and promotion experiences. Required.
Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service in E/ALU/NSN, or operators.
Leading large-scale wireless network planning and optimization delivery.(more than 1000 sites)
Familiar with industry wireless network planning and optimization delivery, pre-sale support, and consulting workflow and methodology.
Good at producing and delivering presentations.
Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
Willingness to travel overseas.
