Description
We are looking for experienced technology mangers, preferably with plentiful experience leading application development teams within the financial industry, to bring their leadership experience and technical skills to our team as a new CTO.The CTO will be responsible for leading and managing our IT team as they embark on developing a variety of brand new internally and externally used financial applications
This CTO must possess the following:
- 8 + years of leadership experience
- Past hands-on development/technical experience and strong understanding of the following:
o Core Java
o Relational databases
- 10 + years of experience in the financial industry
- Ability to determine the technical architecture and strategy for the firm's upcoming initiatives
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external customers and clients
