Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for Operations Analyst in Leeds.
*Principle Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
*Adherence to the group model for all processes including Incident, Problem and Change, enabling SOX and Group Audit Compliance for everything the team do.
*Responsible for contributing to the delivery of 24x7 Systems and Service to Service Level agreements, including Event Management, Scheduling and general support of the Operational Environment.
*Responsible for timely investigation, reporting and/or escalation of all Incident within the remit of the role in 24x7.
*Engagement with support areas and technical teams to enable root cause identification of all problems.
*Accountable for raising risks where service may be compromised, and escalating to the Business and SD representatives to ensure impact is understood, and raising and resolving delivery issues to ensure a high level of availability.
*Responsible for Change Management according to role from the Gateway process through to change implementation, safeguarding service and 24x7 Operations ability to provide Service.

Operational knowledge and experience of Windows Server operations covering hardware and O/S technology with i-Series operations with hardware and O/S knowledge being an added advantage. Plus experience of working in a fast paced, front line Operational role being important. Being able to work accurately under pressure is a vital characteristic of this role.
