Description
Seeking a Sr. Project Mgr. to assess, plan and strategize an enterprise system modernization. This manager will need to provide leadership and coordinate support for project logistics such as schedules, objectives and milestones. Both requirements development and procurement support are needed for 2 systems: Enterprise Case Management System and Enterprise Claiming and Payment System
Requirements
- PMP or MS in Project Mgmt.
- Expert working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ten to 12 years experience in IT implementation projects
- Familiarity with IT clinical case management and claim systems
- Expert at navigating Executive structure to gain deep understanding of strategic vision
- Expert at leading project team to resolution
- Expert at facilitating presentations to executive leaders
- Ability to keep focused on Scope, Schedule, and Budget in managing large complex projects
Collaborate with Vendor on the following:
- Conduct interviews on current IT systems
- Analyze potential gaps in the identification phase
- Build a strategy that provides options that meet business objectives
- Utilize measurable tools to validate work completed by vendor
- Manage all phrases and tasks to project completion
- Facilitate Executive reviews on project status
