Rate: Open (To Both C2C and W2, No Third Party Vendors)Experience: 4+

Duration: 6 months (at a time)
Location: PA (open to relocation)
Basic Requirements:* Strong Knowledge and experience with basic SAS procedures and SAS/Base
* BS/BA or equivalent degree preferred Supervisory Responsibilities: * Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:* Utilize expert SAS programming skills to generate analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures
* Validation of other programs
* Prepare and create project documentation and analysis dataset specifications
* Ability to Follow SOP and department programming guidelines.
* Willingness to complete other tasks within skill range requested by management
