Description
- Create new and modify existing Excel workbooks and service orders.
- Represent the Operations team in determining the best solution based on cost and time to market.
- Coordinate and participate in thoroughly testing all solutions.
- Manage projects from initiation through launch.
- Triage issues reported by Operations team and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Interface with team members from all functional disciplines, as well as senior management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

Mandatory:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar Management role.
- Expert level Excel knowledge with ability to create and modify complex workbooks as service order tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiar with user centered design methods and principles.
- Requires strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects across different departments.
- Familiarity with IT process and project life cycle management.
- Requires strong verbal and written skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Ability to exercise judgment, diplomacy and cooperative demeanor while adhering to process and schedule constraints.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, business and operational process analysis, reporting and project coordination.

Desired:
- Business Administrator experience with SalesForce.com.
- Knowledge of online advertising, eCommerce, and/or SalesForce.com systems is preferred.
- Proficient with business software and tools (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, JIRA)
