Global Salesforce.com Solution Architect
Skills: Salesforce, global implementation, rationalization, SAP integration (a plus!)
Summary:
Our client is an $10 billion dollar global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery with over 1200 dealers and 16,000 users globally. Their equipment is sold primarily through dealers globally and they are developing a new dealer portal to allow users to buy, service, finance and source parts for their farm equipment through a new website that will be developed.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the company's existing Salesforce licenses and develop a strategy for cost savings
- Develop a rationalization strategy for North America by consolidating over 15 existing CRM solutions and maximize functionality needed.
- Work with businesses, IT and Salesforce to plan and architect a global view across the company's 6 Salesforce instances
- Plan the setup and organizational structure for a Salesforce Center of Excellence to enhance administration of the tool effectively and efficiently for full utilization of the existing licenses
- Plan integration of the NA CRM environment, specifically those focused on Salesforce integration
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience with Salesforce
- History of developing global strategy for implementation
- Rationalization and negotiation of salesforce licenses
