RBS require a customer facing Operations Analyst required to join their Treasury Operations team of 5.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and accurate data for all clients
- Ensure confirmations are sent via the correct confirmation medium
- Gather legal confirmations from all clients
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Deal with queries received via email and telephone
Essential Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Degree educated
Desirable Experience:
- Banking/Finance degree or interest in sector
