Role: Front End Specialist Orion
You will be activated on the Orion project: a planning tool for contractors. Specifically, you will work with colleagues to further develop the Front End application based on mockups. You have experience in designing and developing a GUI using the technologies like HTML5, CSS, Javascript and related frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout and SAP UI5. You do this according to the standards and based on the available technical and functional specifications. You work with your colleagues within the SAP team and will be managed by the module specialists team. Affinity with SAP is a plus. technical and functional specifications; and this in the context of projects, maintenance, user support and bug fixing. Commands are sent by the module specialists from different functional domains. You will be involved in project and maintenance contracts in the SAP CRM atmosphere.
Tasks
- You write, test and document the code in the development environment.
- You will work actively to knowledge retention and transfer to your colleagues.
- You leave this to the technical specifications prepared by the analyst.
- You takes into account development guidelines and internal IT standards.
- You apply scrupulously the procedures in the context of the change and release management process far.
- You provide technical advice to the analyst or designer.
- You are responsible for the correct evaluation of the technical feasibility of the request.
- You treat tickets as part of the incident management process.
- You will report to the relevant domain experts and designers.
Skills
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, Knockout and other JS frameworks and JSON.
Experience
- You have at least 4 years experience in a similar role and environment.
- Experience with Front End technologies is required (HTML5, Javascript, etc.).
- Experience with unit testing developments. Experience with TDD is a plus.
- You have experience in projects or maintenance projects in synergy with an SAP system.
- You are prepared thoroughly to work in applications and implemented processes.
