Quality Manager - QA - C# - Java - .NET - J2EE - Milton Keynes - Financial Services
A seasoned Quality Manager is required by a leading Financial Services organisation based in Milton Keynes for a 6 months initial assignment with high chance for further renewal.
You will be responsible for leading all Quality Assurance functions across development, testing and business analysis for the project organisation and agile methodology employed as well as being responsible for establishing, monitoring, integrating, delivering and reporting of all internal product quality processes.
Essential
- Must be process-oriented and intimately familiar with modern development and test technologies and tools
- Must have experience of agile software development methodologies.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and leading QA with teams in an agile environment.
- Performed quality management for development, testing and business analysis previously.
- Must be familiar with all of the agile development test-related aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Must have communication skills necessary to build and maintain a highly effective QA ethos.
- Must understand technology that utilises the Java/JEE development stack/.net Microsoft stack, messaging, Web Services and have a very good understanding of how to test multi-tiered Java/JEE applications.
Desirable
- Cloud-based tools exposure
- Experience within Deployment
- Any Testing experience is a plus
- Finance/Leasing/Automotive experience is beneficial
