Role: Finance Analyst
Contract: 6 months
Location: Nottingham NG15 area

Due to extra workload my client has a brand new role open for an experienced Financial Analyst to work on a 6 month contract initially based in Nottingham.

We are looking for someone who can:

*Administer the commission schemes
*Ensure the validity of the processes and systems in place
*Support changes to the schemes where best practice is not followed.
*Provide input into the maintenance, development and creation of new schemes in terms of their resilience,
*Administer and value added, through business partnering the Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance Mangers.
*Administer schemes and undertake internal audits, and support external audits of data, processes and payments.
*Provide meaningful financial and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) to allow the Management team to analyse the performance of the sales teams, commission schemes and the value generated.
*Manage and support a small team of Analysts and Administrators Key Activities
*Support the business in the maintenance, development and implementation of commission schemes
*Develop and roll out to the users of in-scope applications (ACE/ICE) and individuals subject to the commission schemes.
*Act as a finance link into the business functions for all queries on commission.
*Liaise with the business and financial stakeholders of each scheme to ensure the team supports the effective acquisition and renewal of customers and that any changes to the schemes do not inhibit best practice.
*To undertake and initiate audits where necessary across the commission schemes, ensuring the appropriate governance is followed by the business.
*Ensure appropriate levels of accuracy and consistency of data, employee treatment and governance across all schemes.
*Manage your team to support you with your aims and develop them so to become a high performing team.

*Work with IT and MI (Management information) to maintain, build and implement new systems and processes that support the commission schemes and operational teams.
