Your tasks:
- Finalize the Business Requirement Documents for France as per revised project plan by pro-actively supporting the French team and understanding their processes and requirements
- Keep requirements closely aligned to the core as possible unless there is a strong business need for adaptation
- Communicate changes pro-actively, timely and clearly to the German/European CRM project lead for final approval
- Support France in validating the system in comparison to the finalized BRDs (Business Requirement Documents ) by the date per project plan
- Act as a liaison between German/European and France, translating project timelines into concrete actions for France and flagging required resources early
- Support the French team in the CRM implementation depending on their needs for a dedicated
Your qualifications
- CRM implementation experience and expertise
- Solid IT systems understanding
- Understanding of business processes, e.g. accounting processes, Key Account Management, Brand Planning
- Broad experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English
- Good French language skills
- Consultant in European projects / inter-cultural experience
