One of nour prestiguos clients is currently looking for a System Expert to join their team.Your responsibilities:
Provide application input on installation and system use at the start of a project.
Effective collaboration with all roles in the development team and participate in projects e.g. in CCBs and beta/field/use case tests and by providing feedback for current and next developments.
Technical support marketing in pre-sales activities
Support first system installations and integration of the system into adjacent/third party systems on global basis.
Development of specials and tooling needed for specific markets or customers.
Provide training of regional application engineers, manufacturing teams, installers and customers on the use of the system.
Third line support i.e. troubleshooting of complex field issues and support local teams how to solve them.
Keeping abreast of technical and application developments in own field and proactive knowledge sharing with others
Your team:
You will be working on the introduction of next generation products for indoor and/or outdoor lighting systems. Within the centre you will be part of a software and system development team with about 25 software developers, systems testers and system experts.
We are looking for:
Working and thinking at academic level for complex software and systems (required)
A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience with mixed SCADA/enterprise and embedded systems, as system engineer or system integrator/tester (required)
Excellent communicational skills and business result oriented (required)
Affinity and experience with working in global, medium to large cross functional teams (required)
Proven experience in troubleshooting and integration (required)
Experience with installation e.g. with a VAR (advantage)
Willingness to travel (required)
Flexible and open attitude, entrepreneurial spirit with a continuous improvement mindset (advantage)
