An excellent opportunity has risen for an experienced Scrum Master, to work for a new business in Manchester. The role will cover the delivery of a redeveloped web based application. The applications are to be rebuilt using newer technologies.

As the successful Scrum Master you will be responsible for working with engineering and product teams to deliver capabilities using Agile methodologies. You really will embrace Agile methodologies. I am looking for a highly motivated individual

Your responsibilities will be;

Manage the project through the complete life-cycle, applying project management tools and Quality methodologies, following a rigorous tollgate process.
Ensure the project is kept on track (time, cost & quality), utilising the control procedures defined for the project.
Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating actions to the project board where necessary.
Comprehensive stakeholder communication and management to ensure all involved parties are informed of progress and issues.
Vendor management of various third parties involved in the projects.

You will have

Experience of working with web technology showing understanding of the architectural components and how they interact, web application design and industry standards and practices.
Proven success of delivering projects using Agile techniques, and the SCRUM methodology
Excellent project management across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Ensure high throughput of the scrum team by identifying, preventing and eliminating potential issues and roadblocks

Ideally you will have a Scrum Master qualification.
