The Role:
My client is looking to appoint a SAP Basis Consultant for a 3 to 6 months contract period in Canberra with option to extend. The work will be a mixture of project development and support work as requirements dictate and will involve working with my client's Government customers. The defined scope of work will be discussed in more detail with suitable applicants who will be initially interviewed via telephone or in person.
Required Background:
- Must be an Australian citizen and have NV1 Government clearance
- Specialist knowledge in all facets of the SAP Basis environment
- Tertiary level qualifications coupled with at least 7-10 years of experience in business management, IT, systems integration consulting or design with more than 6 years SAP project implementation experience. Recognised as leading in specialty area.
- Good understanding of broad business issues.
- Customer facing skills and customer management skills
