Our Large Peterborough based client is looking to recruit an experienced Pensions administrator - (Contact Centre) on a temporary basis.
Below is an overview of the key skills / experience / knowledge required?
*Ability to provide excellent and articulate level of expertise to clients and members who contact the organisation regarding pension's schemes
*Experience of dealing with queries such as Contribution processing / handling member and scheme queries
*The candidate will ideally have a background within the Financial Services arena
*Call Centre experience within a pensions or finance industry
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*You will either be studying or aiming to study for CF1, FA2 or IAQ
