PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

My Client is the leading global online payment service built for the digital age. WeThey have over 120 million active customers around the world and handle almost a fifth of the world's online payments.
We're looking for an experienced marketer who can work with PayPal's partners - including payment gateways, shopping carts, web hosting companies, non-profit organizations, and many others - to market their brand to their customers, and promote partners to their portfolio of small businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns - online and off, events, digital direct, plus white-label via partners. Measure results, optimize. Set and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Create and maintain a library of assets that can be re-used
  • Schedule, prioritize work in a transparent and collaborative way
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external partners

Requirements:

  • Experienced marketer (min. 3 years experience across a number of channels), including design and copy, experience working with agencies from brief-to-live.
  • Highly organized and very proactive: You must be good at communicating project status, negotiating trade-offs with internal stakeholders, and able to balance competing priorities and manage through ambiguity.
  • Keen eye for detail, as you'll need to thoroughly test and review assets before they go live.
  • Comfortable working with data - manipulating it in excel, checking and improving data quality, and importing it into CRM tools to run campaigns.
  • Numbers savvy including marketing analytics concepts and basic statistics: You'll work with analysts, and you must understand results and use them to guide business decisions. You'll need to manage the costs of your campaigns and estimate the return on investment (ROI).
  • Basic tech savvy including editing HTML and CSS, working with our content management system (CMS) and editing images using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experienced & comfortable working with web/marketing analytics and tracking tools.
  • Strong communicator - verbal and written
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Eloqua or similar marketing automation system a plus.
  • B2B and services marketing experience are ideal, but not required.
  • Ecommerce experience ideal, but not required.
