Description
Our Manchester based client is seeking a Change Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.
You must have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a Project/Change Management Environment and/or working knowledge of a business operation and related technology (Non technical operational change)
Change management skills (visio/project/BRDs)
Data/Information gathering - data collection, interviews, meetings, review of processes, manuals, documentation reviews, etc
End to end project life cycle experience
Understanding of organisational impact of change
Knowledge and use of process mapping techniques
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Background in Financial Services/Banking
