My client a global media organisation based in West London is looking for a Marketing manager to urgently join their team for an initial 3 month contract. The purpose of this role will be to plan and deliver all in quarter communications for acquisition. Plans will be tested, measured and optimised to drive volume and efficiency through a mix of direct channels. In this role you will take the lead in ensuring campaigns are well executed, tested, measured and optimised across the media mix, with clear milestone plans for creative development and approvals, as well as reporting, insight and PCA reviews in addition to this you will also develop and maintain open and honest creative and media agency relationships in order to develop and deliver integrated insight-driven and effective creative campaigns for all channels. Campaigns will be delivered on time, with appropriate stakeholder engagement, and within a managed budget.

The successful candidate will:

*Quarterly campaign planning and optimisation:

*You will be responsible for making sure we're ahead of the game with our in-quarter campaign planning and delivery. You will lead the creative development process across a range of channels and leverage the Insight and Trading teams to make sure we're optimisation the right messaging, creative and audiences.

*Working with the Trading & Finance teams, you will hold the purse strings to the acquisition creative budget to spend on developing and delivering integrated, efficient campaigns within agreed CPA targets set for acquisition. You will ensure finance requests are raised, tracked and receipted in a timely and accurate manner.

*Working closely with the Trading and E-commerce teams you will be responsible for delivering agreed campaign KPIs, managing creative optimisation, influencing and delivering channel strategies to continually optimise traffic to site, conversion, sales targets and media CPA efficiency.

*You will establish a reporting structure and output with the agencies, and you will provide regular insight and recommendations to the wider communications team to continually improve what we are doing.

*You will work with strategy and insight teams to analyse results data and research insights to understand the needs of our audience and ensure all aspects of our creative communications address them.

Candidate Specification

You should:
*Have at least 4+ years of experience in marketing across multiple disciplines, with an undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in the media or entertainment industry and ideally have a professional marketing qualification eg CIM
*Have experience planning, executing and optimising for acquisition/sales across a mix of media channels
*Have experience in briefing and evaluating creative, generating and challenging ideas as well as motivating others with your feedback
*Be comfortable with regularly meeting the challenges of tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects
*Take responsibility and initiative for actions, projects and timelines
*Be able to lead a team, influence others and manage agencies
