Must have worked in a Date center.
Hands on experience with supporting Nexus.
Needs to be able to do troubleshooting, configuration, fixing problems on the live network.
Onsite support at customer
1st/2nd line support
The installation has already been done and now its just the support that needs doing for a few months.
opportunity to work overtime and night shifts at a higher rate.
